Depending on the size of your investment, a site visit may be a helpful option. In many cases detailed photos and video can be sufficient for your design team to make informed suggestions.

To save you from costly change orders, it's crucial that your contractor has a clear understanding of what they'll be installing. Our team can create a concise materials package and leverage our trade vendors to provide an accurate quantity estimate. We'll also provide expert guidance to help you select the best materials that align with your vision. 

All materials will be presented in a spreadsheet that includes a picture of the item, the required quantity, the supplier/vendor, and any important notes. Once you have received your materials package, we can offer you a complete procurement service. For an extra hourly fee, we will pass on all our trade discounts to you and handle all your purchases. Our team will liaise with your contractor, confirm the arrival of the items as per your specifications, and ensure their safe storage. The fee rates will be fixed and vary based on the project's size and the number of samples and meetings requested.
